1) What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready from 2:00pm.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.


2) Is there a car park and what is the extra cost for this service?
The hotel has a special arrangement with a nearby garage which also picks up and delivers cars.The rates depend on the size of the car for more details  please check directly with the reception's staff. Rates are for 24 hours to be paid in cash to the garage attendant at the moment of leaving.
The garage is open every day from 7.00 am to 2.00 am.


3) How many floors does the hotel have and is there a lift?

The hotel is situated in a historic building, three storeys high. A lift is available from the mezzanine, after a short flight of stairs. Our staff will be more than happy to carry any heavy or large items for you: just ring the bell at the entrance.


4) Are there TVs in the bedrooms and are international channels available (satellite TV)?
All rooms have their own TV and international satellite channels.


5) Is there an Internet Point on the premises? Do you have a Wi-Fi system?
We don’t have an Internet point but are happy to offer all our guests a Wi-Fi connection free of charge.


6) How far away is the central train station?
The hotel is ten minutes’ walk from Firenze SMN station.


7) Do you have a shuttle service to and from the airport?
We do not have a shuttle service, but on request can arrange one with a driver at a reasonable price.


8) Are pets allowed?
Small, well-trained pets are welcome.


9) Is there a restaurant in the hotel, is it possible to book restaurants through the Hotel?
The hotel does not have its own restaurant but our Concierge can recommend a wide range of nearby restaurants and even book them for you.


10) Is it possible to book tickets for museums and events through the Hotel?
Our Concierge will be happy to assist you in booking tours, concerts and museum tickets.


11) Is there a laundry service?
Our Laundry service with daily delivery is available from Monday to Friday except bank holidays.


12) Are their kettles for tea and coffee in the rooms?

All rooms are provided with a kettle and wide range of teas and coffee


13) Do you have a luggage deposit service?

Yes, we have a luggage deposit service.


14) How much does a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost? And from the railway station Firenze SMN to the hotel?

A fixed rate of € 20.00 (one-way) is available to and from the airport. The cost to and from Florence station is about € 10, plus € 2 extra for each piece of luggage in the boot.
